We accept returns for the following reasons:
Printing Errors: If there are any issues with print quality, such as colour inconsistencies or ink bleeds.
Damage in Transit: If your print arrives damaged despite our careful packaging.
To qualify for a return:
You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.
Provide photographic evidence of the issue (e.g., damage or printing error).
All of our prints are made to order, and as such are except from EU consumer protection laws, meaning we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect purchases.Please allow 2 working days for us to print and dispatch your order.
The FREE delivery service depends on the value of the order:
Orders to up £20 are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Orders between £20-£150 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, tracking number will be assigned to order after despatch.
Orders over £150 are sent via Royal Mail Special
Delivery by 1pm, tracking number will be assigned to order after dispatch.
If you wish to upgrade a sub-£150 order to Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm for an extra cost, please only select this service for the
first print in your order so you're not overpaying for postage.
